Went shopping today. Bought some tops from Temt, none of them black for once lol. Another headband cos I'm loving it so much and a new perfume: Into the Blue by Escada. Smells divine ^_^

Monkey

If you'd have told me 4 years ago that me and Sov would be the best of friends .. I would have laffed at you lol. 4 years ago, Monkey was just someone I said hi to at the clubs, chat to online and he occasionally drove me home when I lived in Altona. Now, since last year, we've become close and I consider him a very good friend. Funny how the world works.

Funny also how people can do things you never would have expected and you look at them in a whole new (and untrusting) way..

The Dream

And oh what a perfect dream it was. I woke up about 3am this morning cos my phone was beeping at me to put it on the charger. As i was laying flat out on my belly to get back to sleep, I slowly slipped into dream world. One minute it was me in bed ..

.. next minute he was lying next to me. I could hear him breathing and as I rolled over he woke up. He propped himself up on one elbow and smiled down at me with his gorgeous brown eyes and those long lashes (lol I'm tring to be descriptive ok?). He leant in to kiss me .. and mm his lips were so soft, the kiss so perfect. And so the dream continuted on, we got up and went on our merry way .. he was my bf, holding my hand, arm around my shoulder .. perfection.

Then I woke up. I saw him today .. I think I'm attracted .. and when I asked how I should prompt him to make the first move (cause I never will), this is the advice I got:

Weekend

Friday night after work we went to Sodarock Cafe on Chapel St with work ppl. They are a 50's style diner with the associated food. The burgers were huge, but cos I haven't got my full appetite back yet, I had chicken nuggets. A couple of the waitresses did some poofy lil dance .. they really looked like they didn't want to be there lol. The food looked good though and the price was reasonable. Dhillon drove me in his BMW .. his driving is OK although I think I have whiplash now haha.

Yesterday I lay around like a vegetabel all day. I'm still feeling weak and wussy from the gastro so I didn't really expect to do much anyway. Today went to Powerhouse and bought some blank CD's and DVD's and ended up buying Memoirs of a Geisha on DVD which I watched this afternoon.

Tomorrow, Monkey (Sov) starts at my work. Yay for him lol. Hope he likes it seeing as all the trouble I went to to get him the job lol. =P

How are you supposed to feel when

• you make plans with someone, we'll do this, we'll do that, then they go and do it by themselves or with someone else .. and don't even tell you?
• you have to read about your friend's life from their blog cause they don't tell you anymore?
• you used to be the one who get's 1am phone calls and was the first opinion saught .. and now you're not?

First day back at work today .. comments of the day recieved from a billion people 'woah you've lost so much weight' err .. no shit. I was SICK lol. Convo of the day:

Me: *seems Jimmy sitting at his desk* (Jimmy is a manager at work) hi
Jimmy: Hey are you feeling ok now, what was wrong?
Me: I'm ok, feel a bit weak .. I had gastro
Jimmy: ew .. oh *gets cheeky look on his face* I'm gonna call you Gastro-Girl from now on.
Me: *pause* LOL! (no I didn't say lol, i laffed out loud lol)

These last few days a certain something has been on my mind, and I wonder why don't I just bite the bullet? Am I scared .. or stoopid .. or deep down know it's not the right thing to do? I'm confused >.<

Gasro

Sunday night I was busy preparing my green and fruit salad for our HR lunch on Monday. I also made some fruit salad for my Sunday night desert. As I was eating the fruit my belly bloated and expanded like a mf. I've never seen my belly that huge before and I was dreading the farts I knew would be coming soon lol.

The farts came, and the runny poop, and vomiting .. uh oh, I'm pretty sick. But it didn't stop once my belly was empty, I was chucking evey half hour, my tummy was in the most painful cramps I have ever felt and I had blood in my poop. So at 330 am mum took me off to the hospital. They put me onto a drip and gave me some drugs to stop the vomiting and cramps. The also gave me 3 litres of liquid into my veins and took some poop samples.

Turns out I have gastro with the possibility of a worse infection. They took a culture which I have to go to my doctor tomorow to find out if I need antibiotics. Stayed in hospital for about 6 hours, I managed to eat a toast today, and lots of gastrlyte which tatses grose but keeps my electrolyte levels up. Not going to work tomoro ad I'm still weak. Such a drainer .. I recon I;ve been sick for 2 months now.

Saturday

Today went to watch movies with mum. We saw 'World Trade Centre' which was really very good. Its from the point of view of 2 cops who got buried when the towers collapsed. Very sad but very good. After we went to Airstream for lunch cos mum loves the honey mustard chicken salad thet make, then to the Glen shopping centre. Saw the cuuuuuuutest bunny, but mum wouldnt let me get it =[ Came home, did some exercise, now having Maccas for dinner lol.

Night Racing

Tonite went to Moonee Valley night racing with people from work. Was OK. A chance to dress up, have a drink and a bet. I wore a dress and heels hehe .. and a headband I bough today. Bet $20, came out under but only by $5 or so, so not too bad. Was quite fun, but I think it would be better to go on a warm spring afternoon.

Havent done any exercise for a week, so I think tomorrow is the day I get my butt back into action lol. I bought a treadmil from TVSN the other day so when that gets delivered its time to jog and walk uphill and get sexy lol.

Beep Beep

Friday night went to Beach Club with Lasie and Krisa for Andy's bday. Saw a whole bunch of ppl I hadn't seen for ages, had a few drinks, a lil dance .. left fairly early, 3am, but I was bored by then. The club is so freaking hot n no hot guys lol.

Yesterday picked up my new glasses. Hate getting new ones cos it takes a few days for your eyes to adjust and is making me feel a lil queasy but i think they look ok lol. Never had square glasses b4 and they make my eyes look smaller lol. Would have taken a photo but my digicam seems to have dissappeared somewhere in my room O.o and I have a massive pimple like a watermelon growing out of my face lol

Yay warm

Omg today was LOVELY! Hehe. I wore a skirt white my lily white legs hanging out. Didn't blow dry my hair, just let it dry naturally and went to work without a jacket on! Woo I loooooooooove the warm warm weather. I think summers gonna be a hawt one this yr yay! Means we can use the pool more hehe.

Only bad thing is all the stinkers at work who've never heard of deoderant. Um hello? lol

I have PMS

Ok, most of you wouldn't know, but I've been on the pill for the last 8 years or so and have recently decided to stop taking it for a while. I don't need it cos it is day 806 lol. So now I am due for my first real period for 8 years. Now if you're male let me explain..

When a woman is on the pill she still has a period as such every month, however the pill prevent her from ovulating, so even though there is blood, no egg was released meaning a whole lot of hromones are not released as well. As this is my first period being off the pill, I have these hormones in me for the first time in a long long time and I feel like shit!

Last night I had SO much trouble trying to sleep, tossing and turning. This morning and pretty much all day have felt nauseated, but I've managed to force feed myself so it's ok. I'm bloated like a MF my tummy looks twice its normal size and I've been abit down. *boohoo* Sometimes it sux being a girl lol.

On another note, my workmate just got back from a holiday with her bf and she is engaged!! Her ring is GORGEOUS! Looks about 1 carat's worth of square cut diamonds, set in white gold. Pretty pretty.

Weekend

Friday after work we went to play mini golf with workmates. Left the building at 630, got to the venue about 715, Brad got lost and the other boys were late lol. Was ment to go watch movies with Lasie, but we didn't tee off until 730, and with 7 people to play it was going to take us longer than 1 hour to play the 18 holes. I think Brad won, I came second last and Dhillon last lol. After we went to go eat at Glenny, except Dave and Cat got lost apparantly so just me n Dhillon went to eat at Airstream, and then home.

Yesterday went to Glenny again, this time with Winda to Shine. Was funny, we ran out of things to talk about while we were sitting there lol. After I went to hang out at her place until Ben came to pick her up to go Bubble. Today, I went for a 2 hour walk. The sun was so nice, perfect temperature, just a bit too windy and my legs r twitching now.
