people at work FUCKING PISS ME OFF .. they are like primary school children .. theres this one girl, the one i whinged about yesterday, today, she was off the fones as she does floor support, which is like helping agens out with their questions and stuff .. she just sat with her little bum buddy friend and chatted for about 3 hours, i had to get her manager to take her into the ops manager to have a 'talking to' .. then tonite they are moving seats, they are lukcy that atm they are able to sit in the same seat every day, this will change once we employ more people in a month or so .. so anyway a group of the agents have had specific training, so they are going to sit together, and the rest have to sit in their team groups .. so the last 10 minutes of the day were spent whinging and fiting over who they were going to sit next to .. and the terrible 2some are sitting rite near my desk GRRR

AND THEN i had to stay back for a half an hour extra because this OLD FUCK that works for us has ISSUES listening to floor support so he gets STUCK ON A FUCKING CALL FOR HALF A FUCKING HOUR!!!

ARRRRRGGGHHH . so now i cant even do my exercise cos its too fucking late .. and mum didnt cook anything so i have nothing to eat FUCK FUCK FUCK
